This dream crossover (“Iczer 1 vs. Dangaioh: Great Space Collision!!”) did happen… but only in a “Drama CD”. That said, I found a great translation in “visual novel” format on Youtube, and it motivated me to create a poster worthy of the occasion.
I stopped actively using Tumblr quite a few years ago. It got weird for a while there. Female presenting nipple etc. But I miss blogs. I miss reading long posts. I miss writing long posts. And there isn’t a lot of places to do either anymore. A girl needs to info dump sometimes. Also, I miss gif sets?
This will still mostly be an art blog. But now with like essays and shit? Not sure yet. I’m trusting the process. We’ll see how this goes.

“Severian, the Torturer” - Super inspired by the “Book of the New Sun” saga by Gene Wolfe, I made this fanart of the protagonist. The novels are a fascinating mix of sci-fi and fantasy that would be very difficult to adapt to another medium, but they reminded me a lot to “Vampire Hunter D”, with all that that implies. I plan to do do a small risograph edition in the near future.
